We had a wonderful stay with a room featuring a breathtaking view and clean facilities. The hotel location down the hill is perfect, really close to the beach and just a short taxi ride to the town. Breakfast was good, and the hotel facilities including the pool and lounge area were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing bad to say.

Very good service. Great view from hotel pool. Great view from upper rooms. 15 minutes walk from city center We got an upgrade to the better rooms for the same price, in general the crew was very helpful and extremely nice Despite what is written on booking, breakfast was served and it was good
Only owner speaks English It is a15 min walk to the center but the hotel is located on a hill. Not a big issue as long as you are fit to walk up the hill.

Excellent location, beautiful views, very short walk to the beach. The ownwer and staff were most helpful and friendly. Our superior room was spacious with a large terrace spacious with a hammock and a beautiful oceanview Ample and excellent Brazilian breakfast. Nice pool overlooking the ocean.
The restaurant and bar were closed. There was a restaurant within five minutes walking distance and plenty of choices in town a cab ride away. It would have been niece to have food available on our first night but evrything else was so nice that this was not a big issue,

Amazing ocean view from the room and easy access to the beautiful beach. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast provided a good start to the day. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel overall.

During our stay we had a lovely room with lovely view, the ladies who cleaned/cooked and generally did all the work around the hotel were lovely and really helpful. It is close to beaches and had its own very clean pool with good views and a deck which caught the sun for the majority of the day. Nice lounge area with bar. Good breakfast. Within walking distance of the main town or short taxi ride away. However, we experienced an issue with the management (please see below).
On our arrival we spoke to the 2 ladies who checked us in and requested to change our booking from 5 days to 4, we were told this was fine and we confirmed it again the next day. However, when we went to check out they said the lady who checked us in was not allowed to make those decisions and that we should have spoken to someone else ( but noone else was around 90% of the time) we were told we would have to pay for the additional night or 'they would call the police'. We tried politely to reason with them despite the man at the desk becoming quite rude. We then contacted Booked.net in Brazil by phone, the Booked.net lady was very nice and helpful and tried to persuade the hotel that it was their mistake, she also asked to speak to the manager however this request was refused by the gentleman at the desk. The only concession they would make was reducing the room rate by 20% (for the night we could not stay there), we had to pay and the event was a horrible end to what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Bad attitude trying to charge all the bill just at the time of the check-in. No where was informed such procedure, and it was the first time that somebody does this kind of things. Booked.net only informed that the Hotel was going to charge only the first night in advance, and that's all. Leakage of water in the bathroom that never was repaired by the staff of the hotel , in spite of the fact of our complains. I will never return to this hotel .

This hotel is situated on an incredibly steep hill and it can be quite difficult to get to, especially if you have trouble walking. Restaurants close by mainly serve Brazilian cuisine. Although it's on a hill, the view of the beach from the balcony is breathtaking.
The staff did not speak English very well and it was difficult to communicate.

We really enjoyed the pool area and the great view. The staff where friendly and it was quite.
The rooms with the water view where sold out so we took a garden view, it was not a view it was a green vine wall. The room had a smell. It was in the basement.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail that surpasses many other options in the area. The location, although on an incredibly steep hill, provides breathtaking views over the beach, making it worth the climb. The service and staff are highly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and offer lovely views of the water, which is much better than other locations in Buzios. The breakfast included in the stay is impressive, with a wide variety of 30 selections to choose from.
All was absolutely fine, no negatives to mention.

Excellent location near the beach and easily accessible by taxi to restaurants. Breathtaking views, especially from the balcony. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
The power went out during a storm and there was no refund or partial refund offered. the walk to the beach is steep and might not be suitable for everyone.

Limited breakfast options and noisy surroundings at times. The transfer service from the airport can be a bit inconvenient and time-consuming.
